Summer thrift bargains



The Vegetarian Epicure is one of the original, iconic vegetarian cookbooks that was published in 1972.  It contains a beautiful forward all about the virtue of a vegetarian diet, which at the time was revolutionary.  The cookbook itself if full of overly cooked, 1970s style recipes, but I was so happy to find it for $2.
