carrot sunflower burgers



Sue's Carrot Sunflower Burgers

3 cups grated raw carrot
2 cups ground sunflower seeds (just put carrots and sunflower seeds in the food processor together)
2 eggs
2/3 cup ground flax seed
season with southwest seasoning blend, salt, pepper
1/4 up sesame seeds

Add just enough water to hold dough together, form patties and coat them in cornmeal.  Pan fry in some oil.

I served mine with cole slaw from the garden and home made pickles!
