I was up at 3:00AM last night and saw 4 huge deer out front walking around and nibbling at the hedge. It's 8 degrees here today, and I always wonder how wild animals stay warm out there. To watch them, they don't seem cold whatsoever. They were huge and peaceful.

I LOVE every picture of life on the farm, especially the "skies", wildlife and all your sweet pets. They take me back to all the wonderful times I had on the farm growing up, with visitswith my grandparents. They also take me back to those precious few years I spent living there with my daughter. All wonderful times I am thrilled that you have become the perfect caretaker of the farm--that it has passed into such willing and able hands.
