My friend Laurie is a cherry farmer, and besides growing beautiful vegetables and fruit, she is also a talented canner. She gave me an assortment of her home made hot pepper jellies:

peach + Bulgarian carrot
The varieties and combinations that she makes completely blow my mind - she is so inspirational.
