Best Bran Muffins

DRY MIX
2 cups wheat bran
1 cup oat bran
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt

WET MIX
2 eggs
⅔ cup milk
⅔ cup plain yogurt
⅓ cup oil
⅓ cup molasses
⅓ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups blueberries (I used frozen and they're optional - raisins would be good too)

Mix wet mix into dry mix and stir in berries or raisins.  Pour into well greased muffin tin (make sure you spray the lip of the pan too) Bake at 375° for about 40 minutes.  Cool for a few minutes then carefully remove to a wire rack to cool completely.  They're perfect.
