more pyro pepper fun



More crates of peppers for pennies at the vegetable store.  I roasted three boxes of them - it's work to roast and peel peppers, but what tastes better?

  2. I have an Italian/ American friend that I used to cook with back in Philadelphia. One of our favorite things to do was to roast peppers.... well worth the labor. We would put them in a paper bag and let them steam up... it made the skins easier to peel!
