It's really easy to make raw fruit pies, which are delicious, sugar & gluten free, vegan and ready in about 10 minutes.
CRUST: Put a few cups of nuts, a teaspoon of salt, a few spoonfuls of coconut butter or vegetable oil, and about 10 dates in the food processor. Pulse until crumbly and press into a pie plate.
CREAM: Soak a few cups of cashews in some water, add some agave and vanilla and blend until you have a thick cream - pour over crust
FRUIT: Top with any fresh fruit and chill. Really good for breakfast.
