Mama, one of my barn cats, spent the Summer away from the farm, but has returned more friendly and curious. She doesn't run away when I feed her, and inhabits the cat condo with some of the other barn cats. I hope one day she will let me pet her and get closer to her. I have no mice whatsoever in the barn - she is doing her job.
