drinking from the toilet and sleeping on my lap - as the months (and years now) pass, Mabel comes out of her shell more and more - she purrs constantly, even while she's eating and sleeping

Hi, I remember you saying somewhere that your mom and aunt Betty spoke some secret language around you as kids, and that you've never been able to decipher it. I'm really interested in such gibberish languages (like Pig Latin, etc.), and was just curious: didn't you ever ask your mom about it when you grew older?
