I am always checking out what's new in the cheese world, and the other day I discovered there are a bunch of high-quality mini cheese on the market! Mini brie from France, three tiny little balls of fresh mozzarella, some delicious aged cheddar from Australia, real Jarlsberg Swiss and a mini chunk of Parmesan from Italy. What?
