I am always hunting for vintage vegetarian cook books, here's one from 1980 - the handwritten note at the top of the cover is the name of this post. Predictable 70s era heavy, delicious recipes and sweet spacey illustrations of kneading bread and vegetables. I think food processors were fairly new at that time.
