My Mom + Dad spent the whole day yesterday lining the base of the perimeter of what will be the cheese cave and aging room with sheet metal. Mom swept cobwebs and Dad hand-attached many yards of the lining.
We also had the kettle delivered - a used, 60-gallon jacketed steam kettle - this is where all the magic happens.
