I visited Trader Joe's when I was in Detroit last weekend (we don't have one in NW Michigan) and they're featuring a good cheese - Parlick Fell, an aged sheep's cheese - it's mild, moist, creamy and inexpensive - it's not "sheepy" at all - you should try it!
