the poltergeist

I've experienced a lot of "poltergeist" activity at this farm over the years, witnessed by both myself and friends.  In the past few weeks, I come into my kitchen in the morning to find one of the lower drawers in the old kitchen built-in hutch open.  These drawers are sticky and are hard for a human to open, so I don't believe the pets are capable of pushing or pulling it open.  It contains a couple of candlesticks, candles, and a few place mats.  They are noisy drawers when opening so I feel like I would hear it.
I cannot explain it.

Ms. Sugar

Great thrifting in Cadillac, Michigan today.  This weird garment bag was $1.99

The prettiest dress, with all my favorite details: neck tie, ruffled hem, great print.  Dresses were 75% off today, so it was $2.00

Could it have a better tag?

Everybody should be wearing a love t-shirt.  On the $0.49 rack

Two beautiful children's books - the ABC book is from 1964 and has beautiful color photographs, discarded from Manton Michigan Schools.  The second is from 1962 and is a collection of International folk tales, in which rabbits seem to feature prominently.  They were $0.10 each

A few yards of nice cotton fabric with a turtle eating a green daisy motif $1.00
