I attended a forum in Grand Rapids Thursday between the Michigan Department of Agriculture and most of Michigan's artisan cheese makers - all 8 of us. It was great, lots of information and experiences shared, plus they paid us to attend
The cheese spread was great - everyone brought samples of their work
The moderator posted some meeting ground rules - I think these are excellent rules for life in general
