Last year Alex, who loves the font Helvetica, asked if we could incorporate the font into a cheese for the Beyond the Bar show, which he curates each year
The result was a delicious Swiss style cheese (Helvetica was created by Swiss graphic designers and kaas is the Dutch word for cheese). Label designed by ultra brother David Wysocki. This was the display wheel we put in the show, and I served 8 pounds of cheese samples to attendees
