Wisconsin, Wisconsin to buy a fat kettle!

Dad and I took an overnight road trip to Wisconsin earlier this week to visit a used dairy equipment company in Pulaski, Wisconsin near Green Bay

we drove across the Mackinaw Bridge, which always thrills me - I love that bridge

this is a photo of a picture on the wall at Ullmer's showing an aerial view of the property - acres of dairy tanks, stainless steel, vats and equipment - a lot of it was enormous

Dad standing beside some milk tanks - they looked like space capsules

my new second-hand kettle - a 200 gallon Jamesway

we stopped to eat at a Big Boy in the upper peninsula that had a painted moose

also ate at the Swedish Pantry in Escanaba, MI

the Swedish Pantry has tons of nick-nacks, clocks and crap all over the place - it is both cute and super insane and tacky - I had excellent potato pancakes

we stayed at the Bay Motel, a little old school place that had a great restaurant attached
