Mike Kurta was inspecting the steam kettle we bought for Boss Mouse, and discovered that the liquid level control was manufactured by the Charles Warrick Company, Berkley, Michigan.
Berkley is my home town in suburban Detroit, and I believe this is very good luck for the cheese!
