Laurie brought me an insanely complete home made fish taco kit on Tuesday containing lake trout (caught in Lake Michigan by Tim on Monday), tortillas, cheese, avocado, jalapenos, cole slaw (home grown cabbage and carrots) cilantro and sour cream. Are you kidding me?
