Carlson's is a fish shop in Leland, Michigan - they have the best local fish, caught fresh from Lake Michigan by their own fisherman. They sell salmon and whitefish, make whitefish pate, and will also smoke fish that their customers catch.
My favorite is their smoked fish sausage
